• By order of a court or law enforcement authority.
• When a user requests self-exclusion or account closure on their own initiative.

Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded after investigation; however, bonus balances will be forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time by emailing support@339bat.bet.
